Contents How to create an address entry.

  1. Select Address Book from the Utils menu in the main control window.
  2. Click the New Entry button.
  3. Fill out the contact information in Address Book Entry window.
  4. Click the Save button to save the new entry.
Hints:
  1. You can sort entries in the address book by clicking on the list headers (last name, first name, company...).
  2. Address Email from the address book:
    1. Select the address entry.
    2. Click the Send Email button.
  3. You can also open the address book via the email Tool menu.
