   Contents How to use folders.

To create a folder:
  1. Use Add Folder from the Folders menu.
  2. Specify the name of the folder you would like to create. 
  3. The new folder will appear in the Mail Folders list.
To move a message(s) to a folder:
  1. Select the message(s) you would like to move.
  2. Hold the mouse button down and drag the messages into the desired folder.
  3. Alternately you can click the Move to Folder button and then click the destination folder.
To view the contents of a folder:
  1. Select the desired folder from the Mail Folders list.
Hints:
  1. You can create hierarchy with your folder organizations.
  2. You can select multiple messages to drag and drop into a folder by holding down the Cntrl key.
